Our cuisine offers traditional dishes in keeping with an international selection ; it is based on three fundamental principles : absolute quality of food , respect of Mediterranean cuisine scents and tastes, innovation and restoration of traditional dishes.
The purpose is to make the most of territorial products exalting their taste through the search and the chromatic presentation of dishes, keeping a constant balance between the respect of Mediterranean classical cuisine’s tastes and the influence of contemporary chromatic taste.
The restaurant is just reserved to the hotel guests and to the outside guests only on reservation.
The service includes a daily menu, a menu a la carte, a gourmet menu.
The « Wine List » includes national wine and wine of Campania which exalt the dishes taste.
