Solfatara
 On the trail of the “Grand Tour”…
The Solfatara is certainly the most interesting volcano of Campi Flegrei, a district north of Naples, consisting of about 40 volcanoes.
It represents, with it’s extension of about 33 hectares, a nature refuge for an interesting walk with the presence of fumaroles, of mofete and mud volcanoes, as well as forests and brush land.
A quiet walk in an area rich in natural green.
The visit of Solfatara has ancient roots since it constituted a necessary step in the “Grand Tour”, travelling educational and entertainment that European aristocrats were making between Italy and France already in the eighteenth century.
 Program of activities:
1. Departure from the hotel lobby agreed timetable
2. Transfer to Pozzuoli
3. Arrival and start the tour of 90 minutes depending on the program
and compliance with the weather
4. Return to hotel
